Congrats on your baby girl!! You never know, maybe it will be free by then, but my two girls have told me that
graduating college with no debt, was the best gift I could have ever given them. Talking them into funding
Roths asap graduating probably the second. Their Roths are invested in some of the best dividend stocks.

My youngest will have a teachers pension, plus her IRA, and since her mortgage payment is only $1000 a
month, her bank account climbed until she asked me what she could do with the money to make some money.
Her taxable account was also in dividend stocks until the big market swoon in December 2018. I asked her if
I could switch it over to some growth stocks, and the girl that would only give me $3000 when we started her
Roth said I should do whatever I thought best. That started things with AMZN FB GOOG and ISRG. Switching
over just went on from there. In hindsight, it was great timing.

Buying stocks that are going up, on a pullback is an old adage, but it has been working. 90% of stocks I buy I
get off of Barchart.com. They find stocks I want to look at with a couple clicks. Us little guys really only ride
along with the big money. I try to find what they are buying early. Of course, nothing lasts in the market.
