IMO behind all this circus - Soc media bans, strange events in the Capitol building, 25A, double bang impeachments, media hysterics - is an intent to make it impossible for Donald Trump to become an effective political leader. He is a threat to both parties - and both want to muddy him up irreversibly - whatever it takes. No uppity outsider will be allowed to mess with their pecking orders and feeding troughs.
