Navarro is talking about this now on the warroom. I think there is a subtle point in anti-trust that opposes vertical tying whereby an incumbent cannot squash an entrant by preventing them from competitive access to some required downstream or upstream facilities that are sold to others. It was hard to get them on Sherman anti-trust grounds since neither one has a super high market share on the profit source which is mostly advertising. But they are still colluding to prevent entrants by vertical tying.
