I believe something is being worked on but I do not think it is a major item. I like and support this stock but I know of nothing to support it but volume. Please remeber some people will buy in with major money causing a good volume and uptick to fool the volume watchers. Just a tactic used in trading. The word in the real world is a small deal is in the making but nothing solid on it.

I wil buy more when and if I can verify something is going on other that rumor and speculation. I would like to see an SEC filing for one before I buy anymore. I am sick and tired of speculation and rumors and what not. I can not tell you the share count since it has been a while. We have to trust the company on that also. MDCE's share count increased 1 month after I posted it.

I am going more and more to reporting companies where solid verification can be done. If they do get a deal it might spike. You have to remember these penny stock are extrememly risky to say the least. I am long on it and I am not naysaying it I am just saying an acquistion is not that important to me becuase shares will be given out and I cannot confirm the float.

This stock could be a great stock for 1998 if they can get their act together and do a little reporting and marketing. It is extremely hard to find out information on this company in the real world. That bothers me because I cannot verify rumors or DD.
