KERM / COMMON COLD

When someone named the cold they gave it an appropriate name, "the common cold", and it is very common, everyone in our family has it in varying stages.

It must be a hardy strain because it seems to last forever. Two of my children have developed secondary infections, ear and lungs.

I was once told by a pharmacist to always blow by nose every evening before going to bed and this would prevent a cold developing into other infections

So drink lots of fluids, and blow your nose as often as possible without damaging anything.

Cheers and good health
