Really my point is - to be careful when the country is on edge of civil war, don't provoke the mob, don't give them casus belli to get in the streets with guns. Try to keep peace in this country as long as it's possible.
That's it - it's very simple. Keep peace unless it becomes impossible. Now we still have a chance for peace.
