OK sorry this is a bit political BUT NOT anti anyone..

There is a huge divide in the US today .. Mr. Trump was a symptom of that.. (as much as I do not like the guy) .. he is just a symptom.. he did not cause the bifurcation that is happening, he simply catalyzed facing it..

Hence the exodus..

Great Weather, Great beaches, Great Scenery, Hollywood, etc, ... to name a few ....

Folks are moving to where they feel their values are similar..

Is it not obvious... This is not gerrymandering .. this is people wanting to be where others think like them..
