The cheating didn't have to extreme throughout the country, only selective. By that I would point to the chain of custody issues which you mention that arose in the key areas that influenced electoral counts. I believe that what comes out of the lawsuit brought by Dominion vs Sidney Powell will help us understand if and how the voting machines were involved in misconduct. Prior to that I would withhold judgment. It is also acknowledged that the adjudication of ballots (2000% higher than federal standards) played a role as did the "over" placement of ballot collection boxes in heavily Democrat areas.
