It is a source of frustration for me as well that the courts wouldn’t hear s9me of this stuff. I think most of these cases were dismissed on standing, though, and when that happens, evidence is sort of up in smoke. It never gets seen.

Perhaps they could have done better with huh powered legal talent and it was wrong for the bug DC firms to blackball the Trump legal operation. Honestly, Trump should have had that worked out in advance.

I don’t argue the election was lost fairly, because it wasn’t. But I do think Trump had no chance. Lousy legal team. No lawyers on the ground that night. No media support.

Why have we never seen the full length video for each of the city counting locations? I think the answer must be, “We couldn’t get it.” Where is the written chain of custody information? Where are the employee files of the employees who were working at each site? Where were the pre-prepared court orders for retaining records?

I have never understood why this stuff wasn’t filed in proper courts the next day?

Why was counting not stopped pending a court decision when observers were blocked?

There are a lot of questions about why there were no attorneys there to deal with these issues. I guarantee you Dems had theirs present.
