John,

The pattern that I have noticed about STS's news releases that were
questioned were for a legitimate reason and I will explain why. I have
a friend who was in law school who owns some STS stock. In the cases
of both the release on Yetwene and this recent one both of them made
no references to the fact that these records still were believed to be
valid and had yet to be actually confirmed. Because of that they did
not say that to someone reading this would believe that these were results that the reporting geologist himself had determined from his
overview of the properties. I would actually have to blame the person
who wrote the releases. These misleading statements should have been
caught by someone especially their attourney. THis would have never
happened had someone had the competence to write release right the first time. I feel these guys might have some excellent properties in
the Congo but they need to find another person to write releases that
doesn't make forwarding statements that have yet to be actually proven.
And the saga continues.
