I do not think so in my country .. We have huge dollars going to reserves in the RICH part of Ontario and Quebec.. complaining about poor water.. yet cheifs are filthy STINKING RICH..

TAxes are not bad .. in fact good if spent well .. and I do NOT MEAN ON THOSE that can afford to pay .. but on lifting up society as a whole
