I agree, Juanita, that NPEC will get something out of any deal MDIN makes, but it's the difference between 35 and 48%. Npec owns about 35% of MDIN if the share count I have is correct, so you're looking at 35% of a 100%-owned MDIN project vs 20% + 35% of MDIN's 80% (20 + 28). Probably all comes out in the wash if you own both, but I'm still an NPEC-only at this point. Sorry, this might belong on NPEC's thread more than here, but I guess it's relevant to both companies.

Jim-I couldn't find the reference in any of NPEC's releases, but I might have overlooked one. As far as the pet goes, she now has a friend-he showed up on the porch in late Dec. A real cutie. And I've still got 15 months to go, but I'm a pro at delayed gratification by now...
