You need an ID to register,or in many cases these days it's all part of getting an ID from the state. Your signature becomes the way to verify your identity.

Not sure this is a bad thing but with technology comes new options for us down the road. Facial recognition software could certainly be used to prevent people from voting more than once. It would not even need to identify anyone but if 24/7 access to all locations is part of the system on election day - it would only need to point out anyone who's already voted. Give that person a provisional ballot - to ensure that there are no mistakes and address those ballots if the election is close.

Prosecute anyone trying to vote early and vote often...as they used to say in the old days!!

Anyway....we have options, lots of them.
