Even Cramer this morning spoke about the ‘insurrection’.

A mob in the Capitol does not an insurrection make.

An effective ‘insurrection’ is not possible. Not in this day and age when the violence that the government can unleash is utterly overwhelming.

The ‘insurrection’ talk is dog-whistle of its own designed to justify extra-constitutional measures to once and for all crush Trump and his followers.

What we do have is left wing McCarthyism.
