The REAL purge is about to begin:

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has indicated that he believes that impeaching President Donald Trump will make it easier to get rid of the President and Trumpism from the Republican Party, according to a source with knowledge of the matter.

Republicans have no chance without this. Been arguing w/people who can't see anything objectively anymore.

When the courts said it was OVER, Trump should have conceded. Period. There's no other discussion.
That's how our country works. He'd still have a political future and he'd still have control over the Republican Party. But...because he's playing 3D chess, instead we have:


Trump has no political future.


The Republican Party is splitting.

Dems pick up 2 GA senate seats as 55% of those who wouldn't vote identified as strongly conservative. Main reason for not voting: It's fixed of course - thank you Trump.


Doesn't matter if you like Trump's policies in the past, now because he touched them, they're all toxic. It's going to be harder for a new Republican to follow those same policies. Not saying impossible, certainly harder.


Of course Mitch see this and is considering the only logical long term solution. Of course the easy way to argue against this logic is just call it fake news. Brilliant.
