I think those officers are in the wrong and will be found derelict of their duty...but that is irrelevant to the duty of the officer that shot her.

Now who is rationalizing? You are purposely trying to conflate everything but the fact...the officer that shot her had no choice.

That is what will come out of this investigation...guaranteed.
