of course we get enraged... those of us on the left coast were infuriated when seatbelts were introduce; we hated the idea of the govt telling us what to do. We grew up riding in the back of our parents pick up trucks -- then govt had the nerve to come along and make us strap up inside like we're prisoners or something. in our own vehicles ...VEHICLES WE LOVED, i might add, even though they belched out tons of smoke. Then they told us we couldnt have those kinds of vehicles...and we had to get them fixed so they didnt belch out so much smoke and then they forced us to buy cars with all kinds of costly added gizmos to reduce the amount of smoke. I'll admit that in the 70;s when I drove to LA I couldnt see the bldgs or the mountains and now I can -- but GAWDDAMMM!!!! -- we hate having our freedom trampled on and being taxed and taxed and having added costs on stuff. Speaking of costs... we used to be able to drive without insurance the gawddammed govt made a law said we couldn't drive without it, and that shit is expensive... and WTF do I have to register my car and pay an annual tax just to have it on the street. Why, I'd buy a horse and buggy -- but GAWDAMN govt ordinances say I can't have a fuggin horse in my OWN BACK YARD! WTF is that all about??? ITS MY GAWDAMMED LAND!!! Shit I had 4 vehicles - or partials - sitting in my front yard and all my gawdammed MFen neighbors felt they got the right to get all up in my face about it. ITS MY LAND mfers. Then I had these city guys come out and tell me about how its some sorta civil infraction and violation of ordinances - reciting all sorta numbers and letters and told me if I didn't get rid of 'em they were gonna fine me. Well shit... I tok my welder and cut dem cars into pieces and took em all down to the river and dumped them. Turns out some azzhole saw me and reported me and I got arrested...YOU JUST CANT WIN BUDDY! THEY GOT US ALL CONTROLLED NOW COMIN AND GOING. 'N NOW I'M HEARING THEY GONNA TRY PUT A MICRO CHIP IN ME! (dont even get me started...)
