Just a couple more thoughts...

This may have been a reason for recent share price weakness, the impending dates the shares became free and tradable (it seems like every junior I am now dealing with is being diluted!). But once the date passes, prices have usually recovered somewhat.

Also, I was mistaken when I said 200,000 of 6 million shares hitting the market. The purchase price of the shares was $1.50, which means that a not nearly as many shares will be hitting the market (in order for the underwriters to break even or profit) ie. underwriter buys at $1.50, but the 200,000 sold at $2.75 means that it has to sell less to break even or profit.

On another note, has anyone checked the sites out lately? What has happened to the cyber-mall as the only thing I can seem to access is the on-line auction.

Regards,

Obie.
