I'm not so sure about that... I think there might need to be a second vote in the Senate that prevents him from running for office in the future. Reason I say that is that Alcee Hastings, a rep from Florida who sits on the House Rules Committee, was once a sitting federal judge. He was impeached, convicted and removed from the bench for bribery and yet, lo and behold, he's currently an elected member of Congress.
