BCSC has admitted an "electronic error". Annual report has been filed.

The BC Securities Commission has admitted that a so-called 'electronic error' was made when the delinquent filer notice was issued. In fact, the quarterly, and annual reports have been filed on time with the BCSC. Anyone who calls the BCSC now will be told that Sungold's reports have been properly filed on time.

Apparently the BCSC has said that it is policy to issue these notices without first contacting the company. If they had contacted the company they would have found that an error had been made.

I find it very strange that such an accidental error could be made.

It reminds me of the 'electronic errors' that the VSE admitted to in their reports on the number of shorts.

Looks like the bully boys are back again.
