Well They need be partners.. I said OMG almost 2 decades ago now.. US et al (West) will need to learn to share.. US will not Go AWAY .. this is not the days of Rome.. things unlike people change rapidly .. we are at the inflection point... It's America's game to lose by not understanding the rules are different now... The players are more .. Third world is disappearing in the sense that it is being pulled largely by the catalysts of global trade and tech into the present and hence a seat at the table.. We should be fighting to make the pie bigger.. not beggar our neigbours.. the neighbours are getting too powerful.. that will not work anymore.. JMVHO :)
