Totally disagree . Meritless? Really? Ok maybe the lawsuits were not presented as well as they could have been . To say their is not enough evidence is just plain wrong . Its all out there . Just need to look.

Maybe fraud is not the right word. What if the record keeping and process is so sloppy that the voting results are totally inaccurate? No intent to defraud but the outcome is in question. How do you proceed? What is the legal path?

I have personally coauthored a letter to Alex Padilla in March and June of last year citing thousands of duplicate registrations, dead people registered etc. the response from the Secretary of State, Padilla , was stick it in your ear, we don’t have to do nothing.
