is it a bullish or a bearish fact the $SPX has been strongly under performing the $NYA price action since the late August 2020 peak for the $SPX to $NYA ratio? ... the ratio lows printed in 1st half 2019 are a large distance much lower than the January 2021 multi-month ratio low recently printed the ratio's May 2008 ratio low is shown in this daily chart for the period 2007 to 2009 ... scroll to the bottom of the chart - stockcharts.com
