This is also to JH;
Grains of salt are indeed a requisite when using forums such as SI and others. The tidbit of the chairman sharing intimate details of the company with his "best buddy" most likely has about as much truth as the key CS4 engineer leaving.
Of course the company wants higher prices to do a secondary, and I certainly agree that 10 or above would be probable targets. And, just as obviously, Mr. Market needs to cooperate.
