Stock repurchase I don't believe co. or insiders can purchase stock until after earnings are announced( someone correct me if I am wrong). I would expect co. to repurchase stock, as they did in Dec. at these prices, reguardless of earnings soon after they are announced. If poor obviously they would wait for stock to react before repurchase and if ea. are excellent repurchase may be smaller. Does anyone know when earnings are to be announced? I would think it is sometime this week.
