We've been having a lot of problems with our DISH service lately, and are seriously considering dropping them. We currently access the internet via Roku and find we're doing that more and more often. We can't get the kind of content we want with DISH without spending a fortune and we don't watch even a 10th of what we are "offered" through their FLEX pkg. Can anyone who has gone through that process offer any suggestions on how to proceed and rate your satisfaction level after cutting the cord?
