Off topic...AB Watley Seminar in West Palm Beach.. A member of our Nasdaq Gems forum/RTtrader chat room, and I had decided to spend an hour or so at what we thought would be a routine informative delve into the machinations of another brokers service.. We were delightedly surprised to discover how enlightening, sincere and friendly the staff at AB Watley were on Sunday.

We arrived at 9:00 in the morning and sat through an extremely riveting explanation of the system AB Watley uses as well as a very concise and helpful discussion of the basics of daytrading and technical analysis. We then spent an informal 2 hour period asking questions and having the staff going around the room spending time with each and every person that had a question about the service. When we left we saw it was 6:00 in the evening.

I just think that with all impersonality and frustration running rampant with the discount brokers like E-trade, Lombard, Datek where you can't even talk to a person any longer, it is a comfort knowing there is a discount broker that are trying to develop the best system possible for traders and are willing to listen to their customers and help them solve any daily trading problems or questions they might have.

Looks like my colleague was very impressed with the whole presentation as well... Way to go AB Watley!!
