I am Canadian so forgive my ignorance about the details of many aspects of US politics. It is my understanding that to be eligible to sit as POTUS, one must be born in the USA. If correct, what happens if Biden leaves office as the VP Kamela Harris was not born in the USA? Does the speaker, Nancy Pelosi, become president? If not, who and how? TIA.
