One year ago the company did a 30:1 reverse split with no prior announcement made. The advantage went to the insiders who could sell their stock or short the stock before the average shareholder knew what hit them. In the event this stock ever does re-open for trading, it should not suprise anyone if there is no announcement made prior to the open, the advantage of course will be to those who know in advance and can take quick advantage of the situation.
