I look at several indicators, not just the MACD. The Money Flow Oscillator is at the highest pt. since 5/9/97; the MACD is still trending positive but is at the high extreme of .85 on a scale that goes to 0.89; the On-Balanace Volume is at the highest point in over two years and just reached the peak of the indicator on Friday. The last time this indicator touched this limit was on 5/29/97, which marked the peak for the stock for the past 18 months; the stochastic indicator has been pegged at the upper end since mid January but can still be considered a short-term neutral to positive indicator; the Relative Strength Indicator is still positive but is over 70; the Rate of Change indicator is at the upper extreme and turned negative on Friday.

TA is not at all a proven science but it does increase the odds. I've said that we may get more momentum movement to over 14 or even to 15 but that would be temporary. I could be wrong and the move could smash thru this major resistance level. I think it will latter this year but my guess is that it will level off around 12-13 or pull back next week.
