I have a small position in NAMX and I am considering adding to this position. My greatest concern, one I am sure is shared by other shareholders and others, is that NAMX is not a reporting company so shareholders do not get an unbiased opinion from an independent body. I read your post #65 that stated that NAMX had filed a SEC form D in 1996 that exempts them from further filing. More recently in post #1719 that NAMX will become a full reporting company in January (past). I was curious if you or anyone reading this thread had any new information on when NAMX will become a reporting company? Terry Lyon
