I think you have got to add in some liability for the class action lawsuits:

Bondholders- 5 3/4% interest was below market and was justified by convertible option. Since S3 padded the revenue numbers, I think the bondholders will be justified in asking for an adjustment to their interest rate to a market rate. Would guess probably 7 1/2%.

Shareholders - Many of the class actions I have been involved with with mid cap companies, settle in the $20 million range. That's usually with some claim that the company should (shouldn't) have made certain statements. In S3's case, this could get very messy. However, I would estimate $20 million as a minimum to be safe.
