Ken, if class actions are settled for $20mm, and about 20mm shares participate, and lawyers get 1/2, then we are looking at $0.50 per share return?

i suppose at current $5 price, thats at 10% return...

ps, adjusting for other liabilities like the class action suit and stuff will be easy by lopping off that number from the estimate range.

Ken, do you think any company would be desperate enough to buy S3? Any info about GX3 or Vortex performance? Do you know anything about what patents S3 bought from CRUS? how FUNDAMENTAL are they?

Is S3 the new Brooktree of 1998?
