Jean Congratulations, this statement. " If you would like to report this fraudulant scheme to the SEC here a link" Is clearly libelous since there is no hint of "possibly" type ass cover in the sentence. This clearly opens you to charges of libel from Franklin telecounications. BTW the two prior questions postulate a question ( well done you covered your ass in those) They do no however make a difference in the interpretation of the final statement. Martin Smith
