According to Twitter, Trump can issue 'secret' pardons. There's nothing in the constituion that says he can't. I don't really see how that gets anyone out of the slammer, or keeps anyone out of the slammer, unless he has some sort of witnessed or notarized documents, as he loses the power at noon tomorrow. 23 hours from NOW!
