Who were the underwriters for the KDUS IPO? Odd question from you but here goes... Hambrecht & Quist (lead), Montgomery and Genesis. There must be a point to this ? There was (and possibly still is ?) a fairly legit rebuttle to the alleged infringement of SIBIA'S cell patent...and speculated consequences to Cadus. Really don't see myself as a BB defense patent attorney. Dave
