You want to pardon the Capitol rioters and re-educate them? That's not how things work in the USA, where we associate "re-education" with autocratic regimes that brainwash their citizens.

However, the federal prosecutors can offer leniency to the lower-level offenders in exchange for their eye-witness testimony against the more serious offenders. But the folks who attacked the police and smashed their way into the building are likely facing some very stiff prison sentences.
