I think he means it in a different sense than the bumper stickers. Coexist within the same boundaries. Create a separate, independent milieu. Separate media, Soc media, publishing houses. To a large degree it’s already present. There isn’t much choice - in the formerly mainstream media Reps and Conservatives aren’t welcome and aren’t treated well.
