I just received my proxy package the other day.Shareholder meeting
is Feb 28,1998.It reported that "President Douglas" whoever the hell
he is made $36,000 last year in salary.Big deal.I wonder how many
millions of options these insiders blew off in the open market since
there were only a few reported insider trades last year?All those
shares trading hands last year must have come from somewhere.Or was
that you Peter Matousek?This company ought to be investigated for
their insider trading activities.

I did a little investigating when Adikann had its name changed from
Landon Resources 3 1/2 years ago after another consolation.They
started off with a 4 million share float.All of a sudden 3 years
later the float swells to 30 million with only limited exploration
work to show for their effort.

Now they think its in the best interests of shareholders to rollback?
Why? so they can repeat the cycle over again?I agree with you Jenny
this is not a legit. company that should be trading let alone be in
business.This is a company just out to promote their worthless
prospects to dump their options and raise money for their own personal
needs.I will be attending the meeting with some tough questions.Anyone
who has any questions they would like answered at the meeting please
