Jim,

Since Jobs has cleaned up all the messes and Power issue has been
clear, I think Apple will be easier to move ahead - either with
Oracle, Microsoft or Jobs could remove "interim" from current title.

It is weired that the date of shareholder's meeting has not been set.
Have you received any proxy votes from Apple recently? If not, where
did you get that date (2/20/98) from?

I wonder if it is possible to announce any big news prior to the
BOD meeting (2/3). Usually, the news will be released after the
decisions by BOD. However, it seems everybody here is looking for the
news tomorrow. Did Apple officially say it is going to have a news
announcement before?
