I couldn't agree more and I am downtown every weekend holding a sign to get things open again. I personally have had it and know more than a couple hundred that got it before people even knew what it was. I was working at the airport and a lot got sick with it. I went everywhere thinking I had a bad cold including the bar and a dance. Not one person I know that had it or one person I came in contact with over the time I had it is dead. I find the seniors that are screaming for masks and social distancing are just totally selfish and I am sure most of our grandfathers that fought for our freedom would be rolling over in their graves if they heard them. People over 65 have lived a life of freedom and now they want to ruin their children's and grandchildren's lives so they stay safe. I can't believe the selfishness. Kids deserve to get their education which is being compromised right now. They deserve to go to concerts and events like we got to do at their age. People deserve to be able to work and support their families. If you look at the stats it's mostly all people over 80 and most are probably either in palliative care or being spoon fed in diapers. Those people would have died had they got a cold. This is all fearmongering for control. People should all be writing their MP's, Mayors and Premieres and demand we open back up for the sake of the younger generation but too many are hiding behind their mask watching CNN.
