My facts ARE straight. I did NOT say governors, did I? The legislatures were also to blame in many cases, as were the Republican Senators and House members and State representatives who rolled over and kept their mouths shut tightly and accepted illegal rule changes and ballot changes.

You assume too much and you may put me on ignore to prevent further frustrations on your part.
