Anyone here still have their DD shares? I'm trying to understand why anyone would opt for this "clean-up exchange" merger that they have concocted and tried to explain in an over 300 page long prosepctus? Seems like a lot of legal money was spent for now good reason as the terms are not enticing enough to expect full participation. Any color would be appreciated! I chose to respond to your post, Jakestraw cuz I know you are still around SI on other boards. Thanks in advance - Robert
