archives.gov Is this wrong? Why Harvard (Democratic) legal scholars disagree with this assessment of mostly Republican lawyers? That It is unconstitutional to hold senate trial after president leaves office (while impeached in office) Is it because they are Democrats? Don’t they put their reputation on the line? I live in dc, and what happened on January 6 was outrageous. Not punishing it would be very wrong on many levels. Not to mention that a federal felony was committed.
