Thanks, Dave. No, no point...... I knew about H&Q, but not the others. Unless it's in one of my "to be filed" piles (yeahrightsure), I don't have the prospectus. Just trying to caution investors who might assume that it's a no-brainer at this market cap. The stock has broken down to the point that it stands out among a dented sector, and the CEO went poof. Do you have an alternative explanation for the out-of-ordinary downside? As I indicated.... I have not studied the issue aside from reading the claim language. While I'm glad that I don't own shares of KDUS, again, I like the company. Good luck! Rick
