after finding a public review site and describing my situation I finally got a public response from IB apologizing and saying they will fix my problem immediately. We shall see what happens but I just wonder how sad it is that they would treat someone who opens an account with them with real money like this. thirty years ago I had an issue with a Disney time share in Mexico. I complained to their head office and someone got back with me on the phone the same day apologized told me that my treatment in the matter was not who Disney was and took care of the problem right away. I wish I had bought shares in Disney that day. Nothing is perfect but its telling how an organization deals with problems when they come up.
