what is that you're sticking with??? TIA
I've been supplementing 25mg of Zinc, (50mg ever other day) and 400-800 mg of EGCG (Green Tea Extract), or 1000mg Quercetin daily since April. I also take 5,000 IU of Vit D3 daily.. And of course, some good multi-vitamins.

I also have some Equine Ivermectin on hand, but that will be a last resort.

They key to protecting ourselves from these RNA Viruses is not in Vaccines, or Antibody defense that merely attempt to prevent the Virus from binding/invading into a cell. That's a fool's errand as the Virus mutates to circumvent these antibody defenses.

What we need to focus on is targeting the Viral Replication mechanism INSIDE the cells.. This is called RNA Dependent RNA Polymerase (RdRP for short). And this is what Zinc + Zinc Ionophores (above) do. Zinc Ionophores circumvent the cells natural resistance to Zinc, permitting Zinc to increase in concentration inside the cells where it BLOCKS the RdRP replication function.

If the Virus can't replicate, it really doesn't matter if it binds and invades the cell. Hence, the Vaccination approach is pretty stupid. It's like relying upon narcoleptic guard gods to protect your home from burglars, when a good .44 magnum will suffice. They may get in, but they aren't getting out... ;0)

Ivermectin does pretty much the same thing with regard to blocking RdRP. But it ALSO stops Viral proteins from migrating into the cell nucleus (blocking Importin Alpha/Beta1 transport) where they attempt to reduce the cell's natural defense mechanism against Viral proteins. Kind of a double whammy on viral replication.

But IVM also is a potent anti-inflammatory, making it highly effective in later stages of a COVID infection (post-peak Viral load).. Kind of a "magic bullet", they are discovering.

In fact, they are using IVM in many different countries around the world, most notably India. Literally passing it out in "COVID packs" for early treatment.

All of these protocols, drugs are VERY CHEAP, and with EXTENSIVE SAFETY records.

I've been tracking the on-going research for Zinc + HCQ, and Ivermectin with these meta-data research portals which are updated as new data becomes available. It's pretty clear to see that they are highly effective in stopping these RNA viruses, when GIVEN EARLY to block the replication and buildup of the viral load. At the very least, they provide Immune support by slowing down that viral loading sufficient for our natural immunity to cope with the infection.

Here's the video that changed my approach to preventing COVID last Spring.

And the research paper from 2010 that the Video analyzed about Zinc + Ionophores. The kicker here is that one of the primary researchers on this paper is RALPH S. BARIC who is one of the TOP COVID experts in the US (World?), but ALSO the developer of Remdesivir for Gilead Sciences. And Remdesivir ALSO targets RdRP replication.. But being IV only, it requires hospitalization which only occurs AFTER the Viral Loading has peaked (too late).

Can't find many who are more knowledgeable than Ralph Baric when it comes to Corona Viruses. But why he, or Fauci NEVER pursued clinical trials of Zinc + Ionophores is a question only they can answer. But others are doing those for them now.
