When they are protected from the top, they have no fear of prosecution


This sociopathy has been growing for years on social media. Years ago, these people never got a hearing in public. You'd cross the street to avoid contact with an angry, muttering nutjob.

Now they find acceptance online and their participance snowballs. On Twitter you see them competing to out-nasty each other.
