Wonderful, and many thanks for your well detailed and excellent reply to my question, I very much appreciate it... It looks like I'm on the right track, all to do with keeping the immune system in top shape... I'm not taking all of those supplements but more than plenty of them to make the difference... I agree that vaccines are not the answer, a strong and healthy immune system is where the threat ends... So many thanks again!!! GZ
