Breifing.com keeps a pretty good update on major analysts' upgrades and downgrades and has nothing new from Oppenheimer. The last one was from back on December 23 and states:

Zoran Corp. (ZRAN) 12 3/8 -3/4: CIBC Oppenheimer lowers view on developer and marketer of integrated circuits and software products
for digital video and audio compression applications from a "buy" to a "hold".....
